1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating a kd67 account, depositing funds, or using any part of the kd67 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not register or continue using kd67.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and kd67. They apply to every product offered on the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any promotional offers.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must meet all of the following conditions before opening a kd67 account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You are registering for yourself, not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had a kd67 account that was suspended or closed for rule violations.

kd67 reserves the right to ask for age and identity verification at any time. If you cannot confirm eligibility, your account will be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Account Rules & Security

Each player may hold only one kd67 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided.

• Your login credentials are your responsibility. Never share your password.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

kd67 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Funds are credited to your account within approximately 6 minutes of a confirmed transaction.

kd67 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside kd67's control. Only deposit funds from accounts registered in your own name.

5. Withdrawals & Daily Limits

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,500. The maximum daily withdrawal is ৳235,000. Standard processing takes approximately 12 minutes once your request is approved.

First-time withdrawals may take up to 6 hours due to mandatory KYC review. Subsequent approved withdrawals follow the standard 12-minute timeline. kd67 may hold withdrawals pending verification if unusual account activity is detected.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

kd67 offers a first-deposit welcome bonus of 205%, capped at ৳8,000, along with a 17% reload bonus and a 1.7% daily cashback. Each promotion has its own specific terms. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are credited to your account after a qualifying deposit is confirmed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the wagering requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per player, per household, and per device or IP address.
• kd67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including round-tripping funds, coordinated betting strategies, or exploiting offer terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

7. Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at kd67 carry a 15× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Live casino and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate — check the specific promotion page for details. Wagering must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited; unused bonus funds expire after that.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games on kd67 are supplied by licensed providers including FA Chai, Habanero, JILI, Spribe, Playtech, and PG Soft. Each game's RTP is published on its game-specific information page. kd67 does not modify game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned. If a game result is later found to be incorrect due to a software error, kd67 reserves the right to correct the outcome.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden on kd67:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

10. KYC & Identity Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit one of the following documents:

kd67 may suspend or close an account without prior notice if there is evidence of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or if required by legal obligation. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be held pending investigation.

12. Limitation of Liability

kd67 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. kd67 is not liable for losses arising from service outages, internet connectivity issues, or errors introduced by third-party game providers.

kd67's total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Updates to These Terms

kd67 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the website and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of kd67 after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If a change is unacceptable to you, you should stop using kd67 and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
